1. How do I find the spare part I need?

Most of our products can be found by searching with the spare part number. You can also search
for parts by tractor make and model. (For example: Products > Valmet / Valtra > 02 series > 502).
You can search for Dana and ZF axle parts by spare part number. You can also search by the type
of axle. (For example: Products > Front axles> Dana / Sige > 730 / 100). The make and type of the
axle can be found on the metal type plate attached to the axle beam.
Parts for Carraro axles are best found by using the spare part number. Some spare parts can also
be found under the tractor make and model. If you can´t find the part you need, please contact
our sales team by phone, e-mail or the part query form.

2. Is your entire product range visible in the online shop?

Only a small part of our product range is displayed in our online shop. If you can´t find the spare
part you need, please contact our sales team either by e-mail, using the part query form or by
phone at +358 45 1331 222. Please note that we cannot receive text messages to this number.

3. How do I know if a spare part will fit my tractor?

If you are unsure about the suitability of a spare part, you should send a message to our customer

service by using the "Ask more" button in the product information. You can also send enquiries by
phone, e-mail or by visiting our shop.

4. Is the used part in good condition?

Yes, it is. All spare parts are carefully checked before their dispatch. If the spare part is usable but
has minor wear or defects, this is always indicated in the product information.

5. Can I place an order if I don´t have an e-mail address?

Yes you can. You can also order by phone by calling our sales department at +358 45 1331 222.
Please note that we cannot receive text messages to this number.

6. Can I come and ask for a spare part on-site?

Yes you can. Our breaker’s yard is located at Yrittäjäntie 8, Pälkäne, Finland. We are open on
weekdays from 8.00 am to 5.00 pm.

7. How long are the delivery times for your products?

We aim to ship the part within a day of ordering. If the delivery is within Finland, it usually arrives
within 1 to 3 days of the order. This delivery time also usually applies to larger orders. For
international orders, the delivery time varies depending on the destination country: for economy
shipping it takes about a week, for express shipping usually two days.

8. Do you pick up the tractors you buy for dismantling?

Yes we do. The purchase price always includes a pick-up of the tractor from anywhere in Finland.

9. Do you buy used tractors from abroad?

Yes, we also buy tractors for dismantling from abroad (from within Europe).
