Conditions of use

Registration
To make an order, the customer doesn’t have to be registered. When placing the first order however, customer can:  
a) the customer can register and give required information into customer file of Purkupojat Oy.   
b) The customer allows Purkupojat Oy to register information (Name, address, e-mail and information of delivered orders.) to its customer file. Information in customer file of Purkupojat Oy is confidential and is not given to external partners.
The customer needs to be careful while making orders from web trade of Purkupojat Oy.

The validity of an order
Purkupojat Oy and customer can communicate by e-mail, by mail or by phone. The customer commits to keep an eye on his/her e-mail to notice the incoming order confirmation.

The firm sales contract will come into force when Purkupojat Oy has sent an order confirmation.

The customer is allowed to cancel the full order or parts of it before delivery. The cancellation can be made by e-mail, mail or phone. The delivery has taken place when the customer has received at least a part of the delivery, or has received the notice that the goods are ready to collect from the post office.

After customer has made an order, Purkupojat Oy cannot change the conditions of agreement.

Prices
Purkupojat Oy charges Finnish VAT on all orders delivered to member countries of EU. If you're VAT registered in an EU member country and you have VAT registration number you can submit the number to us when registering an account to our web trade. When your account and VAT number has been verified, Purkupojat Oy will allow VAT 0% purchases to your account.

The prices in web trade of Purkupojat Oy are shown in euros (EUR).

Terms of Payment
Payments can be made in our web trade by using credit card or PayPal. In other than online orders advance payment with bank transfer is required. When the payment transfer has arrived to bank account of Purkupojat Oy, the delivery will be sent immediately. The total amount to pay is shown in the order confirmation/invoice Purkupojat Oy has sent.

Returnings
The consumer is allowed to return unused goods within 14 days from receiving them for any reason and receive full refund. The product and its package have to be in the same condition than it was when the customer received it. This regulation only covers countries that are members of the EU. If you are ordering to country outside of EU, please contact our customer service. Returns are sent at customer’s own expense. Purkupojat will only refund shipment costs when returned item is faulty or wrong product and returned by the instructions given by our customer service.

The customer has to advise Purkupojat Oy BEFORE returning by e-mail, asiakaspalvelu(at)purkupojat.com to get the further instructions. When Purkupojat Oy has received the product, the price of the product will be returned promptly.

Transport damages
Sometimes the items might damage during the transport despite the careful packaging.  For that reason it would be highly recommended to check the status of the package at the post office while collecting the package. If the package is damaged during the transport (and also the goods inside the package are damaged) make a damage report at the post office immediately. Then contact our customer service to arrange a delivery of new product. Shipment of the glass products is by customers own risk.

Claim
If the customer receives a wrong product or the product is damaged etc. the customer has to inform Purkupojat Oy about this within a reasonable time by e-mail asiakaspalvelu(at)purkupojat.com. The faulty delivery can be returned without postage according to Purkupojat Oy’s instructions. The claim/advise by e-mail has to be made BEFORE returning. When Purkupojat has received the product, the price of the product (including the postage) will be returned promptly. Guarantee includes manufacturing and material faults. For new parts Purkupojat Oy grants one (1) year guarantee. For second hand parts guarantee is three (3) months.

Force majeure
Purkupojat Oy is not responsible if the delivery is delayed or cannot be made because of factors Purkupojat Oy has no influence. This kind of factors are war, catastrophe, export- or import bans, decisions of authorities, strike or other factors which affects activities of Purkupojat Oy.

Disagreements
Disagreements caused by this trade agreement are solved according to Finnish law.
