To make an order, the customer doesn’t have to be registered. When placing the first order however, customer can:  
a) the customer can register and give required information into customer file of Purkupojat Oy.   
b) The customer allows Purkupojat Oy to register information (Name, address, e-mail and information of delivered orders.) to its customer file. Information in customer file of Purkupojat Oy is confidential and is not given to external partners.

PRIVACY PROTECTION
Customer database of Purkupojat Oy is confidential.
The customer needs to be careful while making orders from web trade of Purkupojat Oy.
Purkupojat Oy does not register:
a) Information about customer bank accounts.
b) information about customer’s credit card

Purkupojat Oy, customer database

ARGUMENT OF REGISTER HOLDING
The person has registered as customer of Purkupojat Oy or bought products from web trade of Purkupojat Oy. 

PURPOSE OF USE OF THE REGISTER
The purpose of customer database of Purkupojat Oy is to keep up the customer file and handling and filing customer’s orders. The register is also used to follow up the abandoned packages.
The information can also be used improving activities or statistics of Purkupojat Oy. Personal data is handled according to the law concerning personal data. Purkupojat Oy can use the customer files information to its own marketing without giving the information to an external partner. Purkupojat Oy can keep the information in electric or written form, if that’s not especially refused by the customer. The customer has a right to deny the registration of personal data by informing Purkupojat Oy about that by e-mail: asiakaspalvelu(at)purkupojat.com.

Street address and postal code
Phone number
Infomation about ordering history

ASSIGNING OF THE PERSONAL DATA
Purkupojat Oy does not assign the information to external persons. The personal data will be removed when customer requests.

PROTECTION OF THE REGISTER
The register or its information is not assigned to external persons. The user ID of Purkupojat Oy internal network is required to get a right to use the register. The register is located in server of Purkupojat Oy, which is protected with a password.

PROTECTION OF PERSONAL AND PAYMENT INFORMATION
All sensitive/credit information you supply is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Payment/credit information is transmitted via external secured and protected system and payment or credit card numbers are not kept in web trade of Purkupojat Oy
